Die Spiel-Engine basiert auf dem T-Rex-Runner des Chromium-Projekts, © 2014 The Chromium Authors (extrahiert von wayou), und unterliegt der untenstehenden BSD-3-Klausel-Lizenz. Auch Original-Grafiken und Soundeffekte entstammen diesem Projekt.

Die Grafiken von Naruto Run sind eigenständige Fankunst. „Chrome“ und „Google“ sind Marken der Google LLC.
